Can I Return Items If I Do Not Like Them?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If more than 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How do I track my order status?
From the moment you made a purchase on Paxtecum you will be kept up to date as to what is happening with your order. We will first email you with an order confirmation which contains all your information.
We usually dispatch within the next 24 hours after having received your order, except for weekends and bank holidays. Once your order has been dispatched we will email you again with your tracking number and where you can follow your delivery online.
What are the shipping rates and surcharges?
At Paxtecum we include free shipping whenever possible. As our warehouses are based in Europe this applies to almost all E.U. countries. All our free shipping comes with a tracking number so that you are able to track your delivery at all times.
For countries that are not covered by our free shipping policy the shipping rates to your destination will be clearly displayed to you before your purchase on the checkout page.
They are based purely on weight and dimensions of the parcel. You also receive the choice of ‘Standard’ or ‘Expedited’ shipping and can clearly see the difference in price as well as the delivery time estimate.
We only use DHL and UPS for your deliveries as we have a long and satisfactory understanding and trust in those two firms as we know that they provide the best service.
